Data provided by user within application is used only within app - it is not sent anywhere or shared with anyone.

Application is ads-supported and requires consent to display advertisements.
If user does not agree for non-direct finacial application support via in-app advertisements then he has option to purchase "PRO ads-free application version" before he processeds to main application content.
Applications uses App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Identifier For Advertisers (IDFA) - user can choose whether he allows for (personalized) advertising tracking.

Age signal and age-appropriate advertising

Where required by law, Caynax Alarm Clock uses Apple's Declared Age Range
feature to ask whether you (or, for a child, a parent or guardian) wish to share
an age range with the app. We receive only an age category or range (for example
"under 13", "13–17", or "18 and over") — never your exact date of birth or age,
and never a government ID or other identity document.

We use this age signal for a single purpose: to choose the appropriate
advertising treatment in the app. If the signal indicates that you are a child or
a teenager, we instruct our advertising provider (Google AdMob) to apply child or
teen ad treatment, which disables personalized advertising and remarketing, and,
for children, prevents the use of the device advertising identifier (IDFA). Adults
and users whose age is not shared continue to see advertising governed by your
consent choices and our standard advertising practices.

The age range is determined on your device and is stored only locally on your
device to remember your ad-treatment setting; we do not upload your age range to
our servers. We do not use the age signal for profiling, analytics, or any purpose
other than the ad treatment described above.

You can change or stop sharing your age range at any time in
Settings > [your name] > Personal Information > Age Range for Apps. Apple's
handling of this information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

If we become aware through this signal that a user is under 13 (or the applicable
age of digital consent in your country), we treat that user's activity as
child-directed and do not serve personalized advertising to them, consistent with
the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR/UK GDPR and the
Age Appropriate Design Code, and other applicable laws.

- Firebase Analytics - application uses Firebase Analytics to anonymously report user's activity within application (https://www.firebase.com/terms/privacy-policy.html)
